Before you start using our App, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions. By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
- License
In the event that you agree and continue to abide by these terms and all related policies, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license (subject to the following restrictions) to access and use our services to your own Personal (i.e. non-commercial) entertainment purposes. You agree not to use our services for any other purpose. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws when accessing or using the Services. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us.
- Termination
We may immediately terminate or suspend your access to this application for any reason without notice or liability, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Your right to use this application will stop immediately upon termination. If you wish to terminate, you can stop using this app.
- Subscriptions
We offer “Premium” subscription with free 3 days trial period for user. When the free trial period ends, subscription payment of $3.99/month per month will be charged to your iTunes Account and your account will be charged 24 hours prior to the current period. Auto-renewal maybe turned off at any time be going to your settings in iTunes store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Subscription payment of $3.99/month is the price for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
With “Premium” subscription you can use all lighter and create unlimited custom lighters in App.
- Copyrights
We reserve all Copyrights in our App look and feel, UI and in our content. You may not copy or adapt any portion of our code or visual design elements (including logos/icons) without our permission. Please do not use our logo or trademarks in any way that might suggest we endorse a particular product or service, or you have a business relationship with us. The content generated through our App should be used as is and strictly for entertainment purposes only. It’s not an endorsement of any kind. We may change, terminate, or restrict access to any aspect of the App, at any time, without notice. We may remove any content we deem not suitable without prior notice.
- Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app or any other systems or networks connected to the app.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided to you “as is” and “as available” and all warranties and defects are provided without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided through the app.
- Limitation of Liability
Just4Fun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
- Governing Law
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the App. Your use of the App may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
- Changes to Terms of Use
We reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
